In this 90-minute programme conducted by Master Sam Ma, you will learn the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, learn the perfect postures to prevent injuries, and experience traditional Chinese martial arts combined with health and wellness methods to regulate your body and mind, and enhance your brain function.
