Poon choi, also known as “Big Bowl Feast” or “Basin Feast”. It is typically prepared and served during festive occasions, such as weddings, Chinese New Year, and other important celebrations.

Poon choi is not only known for its taste but also its symbolic significance. It represents unity, prosperity, and abundance.
