2024年5月份星期一至三的“活出丰采”班组多元丰富:书法、太极、建体操、粤曲兴趣班

 

星期一 书法班 (11:30am-1:00pm)

写书法也能养生!?  没错,写书法好处多多,除了摒除杂念、平稳情绪之外,更是可以训练全身稳定跟协调性的缓和运动、适合所有年龄的全方位保健方式。

星期二 太极健康班 (11:15am-12:15pm)

课程着重太极拳原理,提高手脚、呼吸的整体协调,以增强体能学习放松精神身体,并以适当的运动,增强下盘稳固力,增强柔韧性、培养健康体质。

 

星期三 1) 活力健体操(11:15am-12:15pm)

活力健体操好处多多,不但可强身健体,扩展社交网络,且对精神健康甚有裨益 – 增强记忆力、改善抑郁、延缓脑退化。春天已到,快来锻炼健康身心,迎接和暖阳光!

星期三 2) 粤曲兴趣班 (1:30-3:30pm)

导师文凤英女士本着传承中华文化的目的,希望与一班喜爱粤曲的朋友分享心得,欢迎初学者参加。

Mondays: Chinese Calligraphy Class (11:30am-1:00pm)

Wednesdays: 1) Vitality Fitness Exercise (11:15am-12:15pm)

Vitality Fitness Exercise is great for your health in many ways! Not only does it make your body stronger and help you make new friends, but it is also really good for your mind.

Wednesdays:  2) Cantonese Opera Classes (1:30-3:30pm)

Join Ms. Fung Ying Man to learn famous songs and contribute to passing on Chinese culture to the next generation.
